1-Year Extended Warranty on Ativafit.com

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your new equipment and to enjoy working out daily without concern of malfunctioning or defective items. Our extended warranty covers purchases placed on Ativafit.com and is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Our extended warranty covers your product against defects in material and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use for one year. During the warranty period, if a defect is found in the product, we will replace the defective parts or unit without incurring additional costs to you.

In order to make a claim, please provide a detailed description of the issue with photos or videos showing damage or defect to our Customer Service team at services@ativafit.com along with your online order information including the original email address and shipping address.

Products will not be covered if damage is incurred from abuse, misuse, or negligence.
